Offering nother nice antique miniature lamp from my personal collection. Listing the miniature lamps I have managed to collect more than one of over the years. Check in and often to see any new listings for miniature and a few larger oil lamps.

Please see and enlarge all of the pictures for more information as they are a large part of the description. There are no chips cracks or repairs to any of the glass or brass parts on this lamp.

The plaster attaching the base has aged to a terracotta color. It was usually white when new. This is a super nice antique and very rare Victorian miniature oil or Kerosene lamp. The outside layer is done in the diamond optic pattern with a satin finish. In-between the diamond pattern is a pocket or bubble of trapped air. These makes the glass thin and easy to damage. There is no damage to the glass on thislamp. The metal parts are all solid brass brass and are in very good working condition. The parts have been polished. The burner and other brass parts date to the 1800's. The burner is marked made in usa. The collar and base are dated with 1800's dates. The shade holder clamps on the the shade fitter and holds it very firmly. None of the parts are wabbly. The lamp assembled is 9 1/4 tall to the top of the shade. The shade is 4" high and 5 1/2" wide at the widest top diameter. The fitter is 2 1/4 wide. The base font is approximately 4 1/3" to the top of the collar, approximately 3 1/2" wide at the bulge and 4 3/8 across the base feet. The Chimney is 5 1/2" tall with a 13/16" fitter.
