VICTORIAN (c 1890) BRASS COLUMN OIL LAMP ETCHED GLOBE

This is a lovely and attractive Victorian oil lamp with a beautiful etched glass globe shade , chimney and a fine-looking cut glass reservoir supported by an equally attractive brass column and base. The oil lamp has a duplex twin side by side flat wick burner by Palmer & Co , inscribed on the ceramic wick winder knobs Improved Duplex. The etched glass globe is practically untouched. Please note there are various tarnish marks and small dents on the brass column and base.

The lamp has well balanced proportions standing on a perfectly matched sectioned brass base. The oil lamp and all its parts have been carefully cleaned and the oil lamp is in very good condition ready to grace your home!
