This would make quite a Christmas gift! & for your consideration is a duplicate lamp that is one of my most adored lamp in my collection.

I just love the soft creamy subtle pale yellow Bristol glass which has a texture similar to an egg very thin. Smooth and subtle with a mat finish.

The hand painting is superior, The artistry, the painting technique, along with the bright clear colors are the other reasons I adore the lamp! This lamp is referenced in Smith Book Two, Pg. Similar to the other 3 examples that I have ever viewed the shade for some reason has gold outlines where none of the bases do.

The rest of the hand painting matches perfectly! The lamp does not have any defects no irregularities, no staining, chips. The thumb wheel turns raising & lowering the wick with ease.

The brass has not been polished. The top & fitter of the shade have no problems.

You could not find a better example of this very rare. I have many hundreds of very high quality bases & shades on my miniature oil lamp site.
