RARE RUBY RED SATIN EXTRA FANCY GRADE ART-GLASS PARLOR LAMP PATTERNED "CARTOUCHE" -AKA- FISH NET. Beautiful Ruby Red "GONE WITH THE WIND" Kerosene Parlor Lamp COMPLETE AND ORIGINAL. Overview: This rare "CARTOUCHE" Red Satin Patterned Art-Glass, Gone With the Wind style Parlor Lamp w/ applied hand painted white flowers/roses decoration with Consolidateds Original High Grade Trim Set stands 20 inches tall to the top of its 10-inch ball shade. Manufactured By: The Consolidated Lamp & Brass Co. Of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania (formerly The Fostoria Shade & Lamp Company of Fostoria, Ohio) managed in the 1890s famous glass color-man Nicholas Kopp Jr.

& later by William Sergeant. (Circa 1900 - 1915) This beautiful & rare lamp is in its pristine, original flawless condition and is a real show-piece and treasure to own.

Metalwork: Lamp retains its original 3-piece Consolidated brand, brass, Font, Burner & Chimney Holder, made for Consolidated by The Plume & Atwood Co. With its original finish & luster. The Font and Burner marked CONSOLIDATED with Pat.

Date AUG 1888 to JAN 1892. The font is usable and will hold kerosene or oil. The brass knob to raise the wick is stamped MADE IN U. The Cotton Wick is present with a small amount of kerosene still in the container.

This lamp retains all of its authentic metal components right down to the original connecting bolt. Chimney: The original and rare MACBETH No. This dates to the late 1800's. Later MacBeth merged with Evans in 1899 to become the largest chimney manufacture in the World. Damage: A small chip on the edge of the base, see picture 5.

It can only be seen when the shade is off the base. The base of the shade sets tightly in the vented lip of the brass burner.
