STUNNING PAIR OF VICTORIAN VERITAS GRADUATED EMERALD GREEN GLASS OIL LAMP SHADES These beautiful tulip shades have an etched repetitive stylized foliate and floral design to the main body of the shade. The shades fades up from white etched glass at the base to the clear emerld green tone of the rim which has deep pointed flutes with moulding to the fold. One shade has a clear glass rim and the other an etched rim, the difference is not immediately noticeable once in situ. The decoration to the shades reflects the light beautifully. The fitter rim measure 10.1cm a standard 4 fitter rim. One shade stands 17.1cm tall with a diameter across the top rim at its widest points of 19cm, the other stands 16.5cm with a diameter of 18.6cm. The small differences indicative of a hand made item. This shade was retailed by Veritas and was advertised in their catalogue.
