MOULDED TULIP SHADE FOR OIL LAMP, DAFFODIL DESIGN, DEEPLY FLUTED ACID YELLOW RIM. STUNNING MOULDED GLASS, TULIP SHAPE, WITH DAFFODIL DESIGN. Beautiful moulded design on this oil lamp shade of daffodils interspersed with leaves. Possibly dating from the first half of the twentieth century the shade stands 14.8cm tall with a maximum diameter across the rim of the shade of 22.5cm.
The fitter rim measures 10cm. The clear glass fades into an acid yellow rim accentuating the deep fluting. A beautiful shade sure to complement any oil lamp. Please look carefully at the photographs to satisfy yourself to condition and style.
What appears to be a scratch on photo 9 is in fact a tiny line of bubbles within the glass and is barely noticeable when not hi-lighted by the dark bacground.
