HUGE Rare St Louis French Empire Oil Lamp Glass Cobalt Blue Font Crystal Shade

Fabulous Enamel Painted Oil Lamp. Possibly French and likely continental if not. I'm unsure what metal it I'd, could be spelter. Glass body is undamaged but has some paint from where the previous owner has Painted the metal. 39mm thread on the screw collar.
