This would make quite a Christmas gift for you in May! & for your consideration is this fabulous very rare footed verticl striped Vaseline Victorian miniature oil lamp. I just love the soft subtle opalescent pattern. The artistry & the technique of all lines being crisp & clear in very rare as well.

Many similar lamps have the verticle lines not all verticle, (All is correct in this lamp, in this lamp the pattern is perfection). The color match with the base & shade is perfect as well. The lamp does have one small irregularity, which is shown in many of the photos, & is a tiny round glob of glass extra glass between the stripes in the base. Other then that there is NO staining, chips, cracks , fractures, anywhere (including the feet) just subtle beauty! The thumb wheel turns raising & lowering the wick with ease.

All the feet have been pictured clearly between the 2 pictures. The brass has not been polished. The top & fitter of the shade have no problems.

You could not find a better example of this very rare. I have many hundreds of very high quality bases & shades on my miniature oil lamp site.
