Very collectable vintage GWTW Parlor Oil Lamp Hand and Mouth Blown and Hand Pressed Dark Ruby Red Glass globes, electrified. This is a very unique really gorgeous vintage lamp. It's not an antique and it is a replica of an antique, only a very few of these were made and then discontinued. The original antique, I'm told, was not solid brass but was brass coated iron. This B & P GWTW lamp is extremely well made and designed. The finest materials were used, it's designed as an art piece in itself and constructed with terrific artistic workmanship. It's very well preserved and was routinely kept in excellent condition. Very good Vintage condition, very well preserved. No cracks, chips, damage, missing pieces or repairs. With exquisitely distinctive embossed rose pattern through out top and bottom ball. All thick heavy brass, not a wash or thin coat of brass (wonderful patterns, workmanship and details through out the brass). Top ball is 11 ½ wide.
Wonderful in your home for the holidays, special occasions, every day use and display. Great for a hotel, upscale rental, condo or plush business waiting area.
