BRISTOL BRASS NEO-CLASSICAL VICTORIAN OIL KEROSENE LAMP WithREMOVABLE POT

Bristol Brass and Clock Company highly detailed center draft vase lamp with removable. The wonderful Neo-classical design Victorian vase has several Cherub faces and the arms include a wolf-like head. The vase is very heavy and does have a hole drilled near a foot (see photo) as the result of an earlier electrification, but does not affect the operation of the lamp. The brass finish on the oil pot. Arms and vase are likely spelter material, and have a silver, almost pewter-like finish. Bristol burner is bayonet connection, solid prongs, wick raiser bar moves well. Plain fill cap screws on and off fine. Has original signed Improved Bristol flame spreader.

Lamp measures approximately 20 inches to the top of the chimney. Clear glass 2 5/8 by 10 inch chimney included.
