Antique Victorian Spelter Ornate Base for an Oil Lamp Chalice Shaped

A beautiful, ornate antique part of a Victorian oil lamp, begging to be restored or repurposed. Black in colour, measuring at 21.5 cm high/ 8.5 inches high, top diameter 10cm/4in (without the protruding decorative ornaments), bottom (leg) diameter 12cm/ 4.75 inches.
