This is in excellent condition and is a stunning piece. The glass oil chamber of the lamp is made from cranberry glass, giving it a vibrant pink coloured finish.

The glass has a tulip ridge on the inner surface, which gives a decorative touch. The glass id in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The neck is brass with an ornate shaping.

There are two wick winders each marked: ENGLISH MADE 1/16 WICK DUPLEX. The top finials of the brass neck have a beautiful, decorative shaping. The brass has acquired a strong patina through time and use, which enhances the appearance of the piece. This is a genuine lamp from the Victorian era.
