Antique Overlaid Moulded Turquoise Glass Oil Lamp Font, Polished Brass Fittings
BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE MOULDED GLASS OIL LAMP FONT This oil lamp font is in a pale turquoise glass, overlaid on to a white ground. The polished brass undermount measures 23mm in diameter across the threads and the screw thread collar measures internally 3.9cm across the threads. The font measures approximately 16.5cm in diameter at its widest points.
It stands 13.2cm tall including the brass mounts. The deeply embossed moulding is in a repetitive foliate design within stylised arches and reflects the light beautifully.
A lovely font which displays well and will make a perfect accompaniment to a Victorian oil lamp base.
