Beautiful French Majolica hanging oil lamp. The frame work of the lamp is just stunning, brass/ bronze, with chimera dragons. Than the ceiling ornament, counterweight and even the chains have the same cherub details to them.
The frame is very heavy and so well made. It has 3 candelabra, arms each holds 3 candles for a total of 9 candles. The buner is a Matador 20''', with a lift to easily light the burner. The chimney glass is as well Matador Prima Glass Bohemian crystal.
It comes with it's white porcelain smoke catcher. And than it's beautiful porcelain Majolica, hand painted font and font holder.
It's all so very nicely detailed. Normal ware, consistent with age and use. Small imperfections to the shade at the top rim part, the font and the smoke bell as shown in photo's. Lamp comes with a second burner that has been electrified.This burner fits on the font holder. And has been wired for use of 110 Volts.
