English Victorian oil lamp dating to around 1890 and very much in the classical style with. Comes with a superb acid etched cranberry shade and cut glass/crystal font with twin burner and snuffer, comes with new wick... Ready for use in the blackouts.
The burner is a twin thumb wheel burner including extinguisher. The chimney is original mouth blown glass of in good condition in ovoid form. The shade is in very good condition with a few very very small fleabites, careful usage wear.
The cut glass font is in very good condition though does have a small bruise/shallow line as photo 9 shows... The brass base has old polish residue, light scratching usage wear with tarnishing, spotting etc all commensurate with age and use.. But will clean/polish up well if new owner requires.
Condition is overall very good. The lamp is fully working with new wick. Measures overall 30tall to top of chimney. Measures 21.5 to top of burner.
Brass base measures 5.25square. An great addition to any collection that.
