A beautiful & rare Irish oil lamp from the mid 1800's. Pink opaque glass font, handpainted with shamrocks, and gold metallic Irish harps. Young's twin wick burner with wicks.
Large cranberry/clear etched glass shade. In very good condition - the font has no cracks - there are a couple of flaws that look like cracks, but aren't. The burner is in working order. The metal stand has some tarnish. The black base has 2 or 3 chips, and fine white paint splashes.
Generally, the lamp could do with a clean-up, but all the bits are in working order. Unfortunately, the chimney is missing - a replacement would be easy and cheap!
