HERE WE HAVE: An old Gone With the Wind style hurricane oil lamp that has been converted to be electric! Brass base and center hardware with two glass shades! The shades are hand painted with a unique floral design and multi-tone (almost tie-dye effect) background. There's a bulb socket in both the top and bottom, although the bottom is more faint, more like a nightlight. The lamp was recently rewired to have toggle switch on the cord for easier powering on/off. Does NOT have the clear glass chimney piece! Both bulb sockets work as does the cord switch to power on and off. There's some tarnish to the metal parts from age as well as scratching and one larger dent to the brass near the center. The glass shades have color loss and surface scratches. As noted in the description, no glass chimney piece. MEASUREMENTS: Whole lamp measures approximately 21 tall. The base is about 5 3/4" wide and the top shade is 8 1/2" in diameter at widest points. Carrier available to your zip code than what is listed first.
