Antique European Ornate Pewter Metal Oil Lamp

Antique European (Germany or France) ornate pewter oil lamp. It will require a new wick as there isn't one fitted to the lamp. It is also missing the 3 metal arms that hold on the shade (not supplied), and will require a funnel. It looks like a previous owner has attemoted to solder the arms back on, but they must have come off again and been lost over time.
