Antique Cranberry Glass Etched Oil Lamp Shade / Globe , 4 fitter. A very stylish oil lamp shade, decorated on 4 sides with an urn within a floral fram and a garland across the top. Each corner is also etched. I believe it the shade will date to the late 19th century but it could be early 20th century. Condition: In a really good used condition, apart for some small nibbles to the fitter this shade is free of chips and cracks.

Normal manufacturing irregularities including air bubbles and some ridges/creases in a couple of the corners. There are a number of decorating paint spots especially on one corner and the odd light scratch and mark. Size: Fitter 10.2cm (4") external, Height 18cm (7"), Widest diameter 23cm, Weight 409grams.
