Up for sale is a very high quality antique 19th century Victorian brass Harvard lamp. It's made of extremely thick brass with ornate figural detailing throughout, done in high relief. The lamp is originally an oil lamp that was electrified at the burner end. It has a unique hand blown baby blue Murano bubble glass shade that rests in the shade mount. The shade arm and lamp have an ornate adjustment screw that can adjust the height of the shade and lamp up and down the shaft.
The lamp is mounted to a routed circular marble base and is topped with a large carrying finial. It is in very nice used condition and measures 23 inches tall by 11 inches wide. The shade is most likely a marriage to the lamp and there is a small drill hole in the shade arm as shown in last photo. It doesn't hurt the integrity of the piece at all.
