2 Hinks Brass Oil Lamp burners converted to electric use. Damaged and wired up

2 hinks burners and drop in founts that have been converted to be used as electric lamps. They have been pat tested. I think the founts have been filled with sand for stability, they are very heavy. One of the chimney grip holders is split, it sits in place but can be pulled off.
