19thC Boston Sandwich Glass Double Cut Overlay Lamp Red to White to Clear! This fine antique Boston Sandwich glass lamp has a double overlay font that is red in color and decorated with cut to white to clear designs.

It has a large clear glass wafer beneath the font with fluted brass column and step marble and brass base. It dates from the 19th Century and measures approximately 12 + ½ inches tall by 5 inches square at the base and about 5 + 5/8 inches across the font at its widest.

It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, just one small open bubble along one of the cuts that has some dirt in it. Also there is some rubbing along the corners of the marble consistent with age. WE USE DAYLIGHT BULBS WHEN PHOTOGRAPHING.
