19 C large bronze french empire Satyr gilded black oil lamp

A large antique oil lamp , French Empire, maybe as early as 1830. The lamp is bronze and the reservoir is original painted black. With no damage or scratches, over brass. Height to the top of the collar is 44cm.

Satyr around the rim of the basket. Three legs sitting on a trifold base. A screw in burner Matador and good flame spreader.
