A very tall magnificent oil lamp base in perfect condition; all the parts are top quality castings with an excellent tapered reeded column. The brass retains it's lacquered finish which is not rubbed through so no polishing will be required! Internally there is a heavy cast iron loading clearly marked with the makers name - A. ROBERT 25 RUE DROUOT PARIS. The base is 6 inches square , the height is 21 1/2 inches. The rose piece is a standard No 10 size having a medium thread pattern of 20 t.
