I've collected antique lamps and shades for many years, but now my wife and I have decided to pass some of them on to good people like you. This is a LARGE 8.5 wide FROSTED PATTERNED cranberry glass globe designed for any antique lamp base you should choose. It is ORIGINAL, not a reproduction.

This particular type of cranberry globe is, as you may know, quite RARE. As a matter of fact, I've never seen another one like it. The base of the lamp is elsewhere, but I kept the globe for my organ lamp.

You may notice it still has the original protective ring at the top. There are no chips, cracks or scratches...

Only a few of the very smallest of "flea bites" on the bottom rim, found on almost all antique globes that were used for any period of time. Please consider that this globe is an antique, and by its very nature of being old, is not "dead mint" or perfect. GET THE BEST AND FROGET THE REST!
