KEROSENE OIL LAMP FONT FOUNT. This listing is for the FOUNT and BRASSWARE ONLY.

Are to peak your imagination and/or display purpose. The ancillaries are not part of this listing. This fount is not only a beautiful piece it is in excellent original condition - no chips, cracks, scuffs or scratches. It does however have some of the usual irregularities associated with glass of this age.

There are a few tiny pits and a very small broken bubble, or the like, to the bottom near the under-mount. All are barely visible and none detract from the aesthetics. The brassware is in very good condition. The firmly attached collar and under-mount show some signs of wear but are free of stress fractures.

This fount is eye catching as, although the colour is quite subtle, the heavy embossing with deep relief draws ones eye. This is the only fount I have seen with fuchsias which, for me, makes it appealing and collectible. Add the uranium aspect and it becomes even more special. I have been going to list this fount several times and each time it comes to the crunch I decide not to do so. H 160 mm 6 1/4 incl. W 165 mm 6 1/2 (widest point).
