Antique Victorian Kerosene / Oil Banquet Lamp English 2 Burner Art Glass Shade
There is an understated elegance to this english glass banquet lamp and the quality is obvious. The cased glass shade and font are completely matching and the proportions are just right.
The stem of the banquet lamp is a reeded brass column and it is set atop a brass and black glazed ceramic base. The duplex burner has no makers identification. The thumb wheels simply say ENGLISH MADE. The burner is fitted for two wicks and oval duplex chimney that completes the lamp. We cant be certain about just when this glass banquet was made but we believe it to be from victorian century. Overall, this antique kerosene lamp is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or damage of any kind. With its understated elegance, this glass banquet lamp will look beautiful on a sideboard or as a centre piece on your dining table. Height to the top of the chimney - (28).
