Antique Sherwoods Birmingham 30 Doric Column Duplex Brass & Copper Oil Lamp

Here for sale at St Marys Hospice warehouse is this stunning Brass and Copper Sherwoods Ltd of Birmingham Oil Lamp. Basically this is a two in one item as in picture 8 the fuel chamber can be lifted out for ease of using in various locations without having to carry the whole larger item. The metalwork was made by W. Benson and the fuel chamber housing is marked with the name inside the fuel chamber housing.

This has a slender Column with the Plinth and Pilaster in the Doric Column style. Lovely item approximately 30 long.
