A beautiful Possibly Benson oil lamp. This has a brass scrolling affect base sitting on a circular cut glass plinth. There is a basket with three arms where a supercut large glass font sits into. This font is rare in as much there is an adorable little glass stopper for refilling oil - some superficial nibbles around the rim of the stopper lip.
Basket width from the external rims 14.5cm. Internally the basket rim appears to be copper. The height of the font to the top of the collar 8.No damage to the glassware apart from a very small scratch on the top measuring 5mm. The collar has another collar soldered onto the existing collar, standard screw in burner fitting - dent on the top rim of the top collar. One of the arms holding the basket has broken at the level of the screw, shown in photo, still holds the basket stably but would recommended a superglue or soldering.
