Antique Art Nouveau Brass Telescopic Oil Lamp Base which has been Converted

Antique Art Nouveau Brass Telescopic Oil Lamp Base with a Copper Font which has been Converted to Electric. The lamp is in a good vintage condition with signs of age and use and some patina to the finish.

The copper font has some small'dings' but these are hard to see in situ and do not detract from its appeal. Looking at the electric fittings I assume that it was converted some time mid century but the gold braided flex looks fairly new and has been replaced more recently. The lamp is in good working order - see photos - however due to its age it would be prudent to have it checked out by a qualified electrician. COLLECTION ONLY FROM WARWICK / CV34.
